A bright 40 m² apartment for two, with room for two more on the sofa bed.
The living room has a dining table and a full kitchen, the bedroom a double bed, and the closed terrace is where most guests end up with their morning coffee. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which helps when four of you are getting ready. We look after the apartment ourselves, so when you message, you reach the people who own it.
Martićeva runs through Zagreb’s Design District: small studios, bars and some of the city’s best kitchens, all a short walk away.

Two options. Public street parking in front of the building costs 13,30 € per day, no reservation needed. If the street is full (it is the city centre), use the public garage 400 m down the street: a 24-hour ticket is 6,60 €, just ask for it at the entrance. Garage on the map.
To unload, stop in front of the apartment with your hazard lights on for a few minutes. Everyone does it here; just don’t leave the car there longer than that.
We don’t offer transfers ourselves, but getting here is easy. Uber, Bolt and taxis all run from the airport (about 25 minutes to the apartment), or take public transport: the airport bus to the main bus station, then a tram to the centre.
Not at all. Check-in is from 15:00 with no upper limit; let us know your arrival time and we’ll arrange self check-in if needed.
Not inside, but the terrace is closed and heated enough for a cigarette in winter.

Yes. Add your company name, address and VAT number to your message and we’ll issue an invoice in your company’s name.
We send you the price first. Once you confirm, a 20% deposit by card link secures the dates; the rest is paid on arrival, by card or cash. Bank transfer is fine too, just ask.
